NECA is seeking a dedicated Quality Control Manager to maintain the high standards of NECA’s products and services, ensuring they are safe, reliable, and free of defects. The successful candidate will oversee the entire production process, from crushing raw materials to the final products: base course, hot asphalt mix, and concrete. 

In this role, the manager will ensure that embankment and excavation materials comply with the design specifications for soil classification. Additionally, the Quality Control Manager will ensure adherence to safety, legal, and environmental regulations.

The position requires the ability to provide constructive recommendations to superintendents, project inspectors, and technicians to effectively identify and address manufacturing errors. The ideal candidate will gather and analyze quality data and communicate progress reports to upper management and the project team.

To qualify, candidates must hold full certification through the New Mexico Technician Training and Certification Program and have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
